Creating Outdoor Rooms From http://www.GrowingWisdom.com
Using Plants To Create Outdoor Rooms One landscape idea that’s getting a lot of attention these days is outdoor rooms. More and more people are starting to enjoy the practical benefits of dividing their yards into discrete spaces. There are many reasons to create outdoor rooms. You might want to entertain in one area and sit and contemplate in another. One area might be for the kids or even pets, while the other is for cooking. You might have a water feature in one spot and a fire pit in another. Sometimes you want to see from room to room; other times, you want to build walls and completely separate the rooms. You can use almost any plant material to create your walls, or you can use more conventional fencing materials such as stone or wood. You can even use containers or sculptures. I like the idea of using very vertical plants such as Hicks Yew or Buxus Graham Blandy — a type of boxwood — for wall material. Sky Pencil Holly (Ilex crenata) work well, too, but can get winter damage in cold dry winters north and west of Boston. The following chart, created by the Virginia Cooperative Extension Service, shows you some plants well suited for use as room dividers. Always check to make sure that a plant you’re interested in can be used in your zone, and make sure you have the right light and soil conditions for the plant. Also think about what plants might differentiate your yard from everyone else’s. Look for unique specimens that will not only be the walls of your outdoor …

Matt Geiger’s Tampa Area Estate Sold In January 2011
This premier estate sits on almost 28 acres and has a seperate 4900 square foot guest quarters and garage space for 6 cars. The second (entrance level) and third floors of this home are elegant and well appointed. The main house has 6 bedrooms, 8 full baths, & four half baths. The rest of the home is made for entertaining. I’ll start with the resort style pool with a large fire pit in the center, a full outdoor cabana, outdoor bar, & chef’s kitchen. Between the outdoor bar, the lanai off the living room, and the seating around the pool, you could easily accommodate over 100 people comfortably. Add the 1st level kitchen, full bar area, dance floor, DJ booth, 20 person theater, card room, cigar room, and a jacuzzi room (with a Jacuzzi that could hold 12 6’6″ pro athletes) and you could easily host a party for 200 of your closest friends without disturbing the main living area.

Atari 8-bit Playthrough – Montezuma’s Revenge (Utopia)
This is a playthrough of Robert Jaeger’s Montezuma’s Revenge for the 8-bit Atari, originally written in 1983. A fantastic game! This is the original Utopia Software prototype, not the retail Parker Brothers version. If you are unfamiliar with this one, it is Montezuma’s Revenge as it was originally created. The game was licensed to Parker Brothers before it was completed, so no ending was written. You can reach the end boss (Montezuma, I presume?), but there is no way to beat him or progress the game any further. While the Parker Brothers version of Montezuma’s Revenge that was released to the public was immensely popular, it was also heavily stripped down from the original Utopia version. Bringing the game from 48K to 16K (so it could fit on a cartridge) came at the cost of a number of things that made it so special: the opening sequence, bat timer, end boss, and much more. In my opinion, this version is *significantly* better. It’s the only one I like to play, too.
This isn’t any kind of a speed run or attempt at a perfect game. In fact, I actually died once in a fire pit towards the end due to some poor timing on my part. Oops! Played on an Atari 130XE. Recorded onto VHS and then run through a TV Capture Card. (I taped it first because of the lag on my TV Capture Card.) I also recorded the entire opening sequence. Watch it here: www.youtube.com (It may be worth checking out if you’ve only ever seen the Parker Brothers version!) Enjoy!
Homemade Zamboni
Here is my homemade Zamboni – there are a couple better examples out there, but this was made from stuff laying around the house – only had to buy the rope. Just need to figure out how to get 100 gallons of hot water to the pond – fire pit and metal trash can may do the trick This one is pretty nice and there is some good info in the comments www.youtube.com Here is another example www.youtube.com
Hell Is Not Eternal pt 2 of 3
Hell is the grave. The place of torment is the lake of fire. It is not eternal according to the Word of God. The wages of sin is death, not eternal life in torment. The wicked are consumed, perish, and die the Second Death. There is a mistranslation of the word “aion” in English Bibles. The word has always meant “for an eon” and has never meant eternity. Therefore, “forever” should read “for an eon” and “forever and ever” should read “for an eon and an eon”, or “for a very long time”.
